Miss Madelynn

Got sweet Miss Madelynn a few weeks ago and haven't tried her out yet so here she is!  The weirdest thing happened though, when I was coloring with my Y38 Copic marker it started dripping ink! That's never happened before, and I have no clue what was up, it looked perfectly fine.  It soaked her scarf that I was coloring though, but I think I was able to salvage it.  Miss Amy sent me a duplicate YG25 marker which I promptly put to use on this card, I really think the colors go together well (thanks again!).

Forgive the less-than-stellar lighting yet again, Santa is bringing me an Ott Lite for Christmas (Mrs. Claus ordered it herself, smart lady that she is) so hopefully that'll be the end of my horrible lighting issues.  Or at least the end of my excuses for it ;0)

Hope you are all enjoying your weekend!

She's so cute, i haven't used her yet, can you believe that, really must rectify that soon. Love your colouring, your shading really is beautiful. Such a bright cheerful card, really makes me smile :)

Glad to hear Santa's bringing you what you wanted, you must have been a very good girl this year :)

LOVE the colors and coloring you've got going on here Rachel... so vibrant and pretty! And if you hadn't mentioned it I would have never guessed there was an ink mishap on her scarf, it looks perfect!
As for the bleeding pen, did you just refill it? Could it have too much ink in it? The other problem might be a pressure imbalance in the barrel... just take both end caps off and let it sit for 10 minutes or so and that should get the pressure back to normal. :)

This looks fantastic! I love the bright vibrant colors you used. And you are going to love the Ott light. It's the best purchase I've ever made for pictures with the exception of my Canon Xsi camera.
