Farm Fresh Friday - Halloween!

Are you feeling it in the air?? It's getting to be around my favorite time of the year...Halloween!  Ok, we've got awhile, BUT if you are like me and love any and all things Halloween then this year we want you to get an early start and make a Halloween themed project!

I chose to make a scary group of vampire trick or treaters.  When I showed this card to my friend Amy, she said they looked like kind of kids you hope to avoid while trick or treating, lol.  She's totally right!  Speaking of Amy, I used her fabulous tutorial on creating vampire/zombie skin and it's HERE.

Mystery Monday with...GraceyBaby8!

Ok, so as soon as I saw Amy's super fun and useful "Brrrraaaaaiiiinnsss" video I knew I needed to try out the technique.  Then Lula here arrived in the mail and I thought she was perfect to try out the "undead" look.  I didn't have the same colors Amy used, so I used E000/C1/C3 with some VOOO thrown in to make her look extra unhealthy.  SO MUCH FUN!  Seriously, she's the only zombie I'd care to look at twice because they freak me out, lol.

Mystery Monday with...Paula!

I picked Paula's card for this week's Mystery Monday challenge because I love the combination of fun shape, beautiful colors and papers and the perfect stamp!  It's such a great layout, right??

I switched it up a bit from the original and put the circle on a square card but I tried to keep the same fun feeling.  Used the new Piper's body with the Sweet and Toxic girls head to make a fun new character for a simple "Hiya" card!

FFC Blog WOW - NO Pink!

Farm Fresh Challenge Blog - Monday CASE!

This was my week to pick what card to case and I picked a fabulous one by Mama Maxa with a clean and simple, but oh-so-pretty layout.  I have a REALLY hard time CASE'ing and doing sketches because I just can't seem to follow them exactly, but I gave it my best, lol. 

I used the super cool new Syren stamp from TGF.  I was going to give her all brown hair, but then I was like "Hmmmm, she's a mermaid so she can have whatever I can come up with!".  So she's fun and funky ;0)
