ATS Wed Challenge & Sweet November Preview

Today I'm pulling double duty! I'm introducing you to the GORGEOUS (and my personal favorite) "Neva" for Sweet November! I just think she's beautiful and elegant and while I totally love all three fairies to pieces, she's definitely my fave ;0)
