Frosty Village & Snowflakes

I've been on a roll this week I guess! And I know, you are probably all "snowflaked" out but I just love snowflakes and they almost always look pretty on a card so you'll have to forgive me. I wasn't 100% happy with the card I did yesterday so I did a different take of the same idea. I was dying to do something to the border on the outside of the card but I decided just to leave it alone.

Oh and I'm not sure of the "official" size but it will fit into a business sized envelope.

Used:
Bazzill Bling Paper
Cuttlebug embossing folders: Snowy Village, Snow Dots, Snowflakes
MS Frosty Village border punch
EK Success snowflake border punch (2008/09)
EK Success small snowflake punch
Stickles
flat backed pearls
