A Reason To Smile

First off, thanks to Amy for drawing these SUPER adorable images, your multitude of talents continually astounds me! Thanks to Melanie, I got the idea for her tail from her mermaid cards this week, but I didn't know what I was doing so I decided to wing it ;0)  I also got my background idea from Elaine's mermaid cards, though once again, I "winged" it.

I made the background by using my distress inks and once I had them on the white paper and blended, I spritzed them with a spray bottle to make a "watery" type look.

Ingredients:
Sweet November Stamp - Treasure Tempestwind and Eddy (availabe at All That Scraps)
The Greeting Farm sentiment stamp (Roll Call set)
Copics
Distress Inks - Dusty Concord, Broken China
Rain dots (bubbles)
Stickles (her tail)
Mini gems
